"Everything was ok, just one big minus - you have to pay for parking (40 pln for night). It is not included in the room price. There are a lot of activities for the children, the water-pool is working from 8:00 till 21:00 and it’s not very crowded."

"The parking was easy. The hotel is nicely situated but a little on the older side. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. The buffet was adequate in the other restaurant but wasn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t in the mood for a mass feeding experience."

"A nice hotel situated by the river bank. Parking is ample but arrangement and instruction from the staff is confusing. The hotel is like a maze and difficult to navigate initially. Got insurance, the entrance from the car park is on ground level but the reception is one level down. Bedrooms are in a different wing and two levels above the reception. "The hotel didn’t have any double or queen beds available for my gf and I and on top of that we were watching a movie a little later at night on my phone and the night desk worker repeatedly harassed us and knocked on our door aggressively 3 times after midnight and then proceed to curse me out over a translator app to keep the noise down "

"I was amazed by this place - much better than expected. however, as it is a fairly new place, and it seems to be family run, it lacks a professional management. Service is very relaxed and perhaps not up to the standard the property represents itself.
