"No pude hospedarme en el hotel a pesar de la reserva, cuando llegué no había nadie en la recepción ni en ninguna otra parte del hotel, lobby, cafetería, no hubo nadie quien me atendiera y luego de 10 minutos de esperar que alguien aparezca, decidi irme porque debia instalarme pronto en un alojamiento. Además luego intenté llamar al telefono del hotel que habia en su pagina y ese telefono celular estaba apagado. Asi que no hubo forma de ponerme en contacto con ellos "

I found the area around the hotel lacking many dining options, so I ate there a few times and liked the food! I would consider staying here when I'm back in Loja."

Por mejorar algo concretamente, en el desayuno no nos preguntaron cómo preferíamos servirnos los huevos, solo nos sirvieron huevos revueltos. Pensábamos que era así, pero luego nos dimos cuenta cómo sí lo preguntaban a otros huéspedes. Todos nos merecemos el mismo trato desde las pequeñas cosas."
