At check-in, we were bombarded with cigarette smoke. The very old lady wasn't pleasant & spoke only Italian. Our room was the first from the lobby. "Für unseren Urlaub absolut Top. Preis Leistungsverhältnis war wirklich so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben, Frühstücksbuffet war für uns total in Ordnung. Strandnähe war super und auch, dass es eigene, zugeteilte Liegen am Strand gab. Mankos waren etwas veraltete Einrichtung und sehr hellhörig."

"Not expensive, you have all you need for a short stay, maybe because of shopping in outlet. Unfortunatelly there is no elevator or baby chairs. We saw only one staff person who does it all, the reception, the breakfast, the caffe...but is very polite. Hotel is in the centar of Noventa di piave which is nice too"
