"It was a perfect combination of tranquility and excellent gourmet food for a Michelin chef. Everyone were friendly and the chef is over the top. We arrived on Wednesday and we extended the visit two days until Monday because we felt calm there. The bedroom are spotless as the bathrooms. "Hatte ein Zimmer unterm Dach mit Blick zur Kirche und zur Hauptstrasse. Mein Zimmer hatte keinen Schreibtisch, was als Geschäftsreisender suboptimal ist, andere Zimmer sind aber damit ausgestattet. Essen im Restaurant war gut und Frühstück auffallend besser als in anderen Hotels. Brot und Brötchen waren vom Bäcker aus dem Dorf, was wesentlich besser als die übliche Industrieware war, habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut in einem Hotel gesfrühstückt. "Beautiful Rooms and wonderful location; only negative was we were on the 4th floor with a lot of luggage (5 large bags) which was difficult to transport up tthe stairs as there wasn't a lift. Otherwise cannot fault this hotel and would stay again (but request a lower room to make it easier)."

The room we had was perfect - one room with a double bed, and a separate room with 3 twin beds I used with my kids, which gave everyone some privacy. A newly updated bathroom as well. The traditional German breakfast was amazing, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant as well. Service and cleanliness were fantastic - I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, we really enjoyed our visit to the area. Thank you!!"
