"We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed with a lovely surprise in the Palma Suite – bubbles and snacks waiting for us. Such a thoughtful touch! Even though we had to leave early the next morning, we managed to enjoy the most amazing breakfast with lots of homemade treats. Absolutely delicious! Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommended!"

"On our first night we were given a small room instead of a larger room which we ordered. The staff corrected the problem the following day. Our stay was during a a few days of exceptionally warm weather and the rooms are not air conditioned and no fans were provided so we were a bit uncomfortable at night. The hotel should prepare for warmer with room fans in the future. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The food was exceptional. And the general vibe is great. "

"Everything is wonderful about this hotel, except the room. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even loaned us an ac adapter to charge our phones until we bought one. "They cancelled our booking the day before we should have turned up for no reason. we followed the instructions when booking and called a week before and was told to ring when we were 30 minutes away to book in. then out of the blue while we were on holiday we got an email cancelling our booking which left us on holiday with no were to sleep so be warned when booking you may be left disappointed as nd trying to find other accommodation!!"
