"We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed with a lovely surprise in the Palma Suite – bubbles and snacks waiting for us. Such a thoughtful touch! Even though we had to leave early the next morning, we managed to enjoy the most amazing breakfast with lots of homemade treats. Absolutely delicious! "Everything is wonderful about this hotel, except the room. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even loaned us an ac adapter to charge our phones until we bought one. The hotel fits the area perfectly and is very close to everything. It was beautiful. Be sure to stop by the tavern next door and the ferry to Bornholm was extremely fun too. "On our first night we were given a small room instead of a larger room which we ordered. The staff corrected the problem the following day. Our stay was during a a few days of exceptionally warm weather and the rooms are not air conditioned and no fans were provided so we were a bit uncomfortable at night. The hotel should prepare for warmer with room fans in the future. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The food was exceptional. And the general vibe is great. "
