"We really enjoyed our stay here, hotel is in a brilliant location right next to the arena and near the main shopping area and many restaurants. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and was bigger than it looked in the photos. The breakfast was brilliant, they catered well for my gluten free requirements nothing was too much trouble. "A perfectly lovely and a quiet retreat! Driving to the designated parking area inside the old city walls was a bit of a challenge with a large number of pedestrians here for New Year's holiday, but once at the hotel we didn't want to leave anyway! Very walkable to restaurants, attractions, shops. Most comfortable and relaxed we have been during our 2 week trip across northern Italia. 😀 "

"Was a great location with a shuttle bus into town .The staff were very friendly,the breakfast was the best selection of goods I have ever seen .Catering for all nationalities. The evening buffet was a great food choice and v good value for money ,includes wine ! The rooms could do with a bit of an update but when the view and queen size bed ,tea & coffee in room .what's not to love "

"Fantastic value. Fantastic breakfast with loads of choice. Couldn’t fault it at all for the price we paid. Only thing we really missed was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Great location to the arena only a few mins walk. All staff so helpful. Would return back here. "
