The front desk worker Latricia was very nice and accommodating to our requests. I asked for an additional blanket as the room had been cold the night before which she provided with no problem. She went out of her way to be pleasant when I noted that the water cooler in the exercise room was leaking. She was also very helpful with directions. Keep her on staff! "

Lack of pots to use on the electric two burner cooktop (although there were lids for the missing pots) and very old appliances (read noisy). Layout of the suite was good, good size kitchen area with small table and seating area in main part of room was also good. Lighting was inadequate- some lights did not work. "

Loved having a full kitchen with everything we'd need. I will definitely look into staying there on my next trip to Cortland!"
