"Beds were extremely comfortable & room was spacious. Our room had a spa which you had to step into to shower. Should have been notified in case of mobility problems. "

"Room 22. Only one chair which had a split in the seat. Had trouble using shower door. Inside and outside paintwork needs redoing. Toilet roll holder is in a very inconvenient position on the wall. Should be higher, not at knee height. Comfortable bed. "

"We stayed for 5 nights over the Christmas and it was a reasonable place particularly when you are travelling with kids. Pool access and dining options are at Hotel Alba - short walk from the room. Only issues that worth highlighting are: - No pool towels were available and no one wasn’t around to ask, so we went back and got our own ones. - Reception staff people were either overly tired or weren’t really appealing / into customer service. - Breakfast buffet was good with reasonable selection...

"So perhaps the service review is harsh, but like most reviews it tends to be the disgruntled whom complain, and 4 days on i am still not over it. First with the room, nothing but praise, kitchen is threadbare being just a microwave but that’s fine if you have no plans to cook. Room is clean with great ambience and design. Bathroom is nice, table for eating, basically the room itself is great. As for my negative, this relates purely to the checkin process and lack of communication, something...
