"Unfortunately this is the worst Kyriad we have stayed in. It is very tired and needs a lot of work doing to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con wouldn’t work, and it was very warm in the room but unfortunately noisy with the window open, which we had to endure, no kettle, not enough towels. The rooms are very noisy, with I’m guessing, limited soundproofing. The hairdryer however was one of the best I have used in a hotel. The reception and breakfast areas are pleasant. "I had never stayed in an Ibis before and I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and full of character. The restaurant had a nice selection and the food was delicious. Our room was very comfortable. The paint in the room could use a bit of a refresh but that is my only, very slight, criticism. "

"We expected LaChatard to be nice but a fairly basic stopover for our visit to the area however the service, facilities, and restaurant were all fantastic. The restaurant serves a local menu and wine, and the food was beautiful. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The team evidently took pride in their work. Facilities were comprehensive too with a well stocked gym, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sunbathing area. A great place to stay."

"The hotel was in a good location for us as we were just passing through. Easy to find and lots of parking. Staff weren't keen to help and the airconditioning wasn't working yet. It was a clean quiet room and the bed was comfortable."

"Good breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel has an underground garage for parking. I suggest you use it as parking around the hotel is limited. We were on a 5 day trip from Spain to the Netherlands and out of the 4 x hotels, this was by far the smallest bedroom that we had. It was comfortable but very small."
