"Small and basic but as we expected. Fresh linen and towels are provided. Staff friendly and checked on us if we needed anything. The local area is nice and it’s very quiet during the holidays at least when the school is out. Smoking outside rooms though wasn’t adhered too and we noticed there was several cigarette butts so picked up outside our room on same afternoon we checked in. I would recommend the outside lights get turned off earlier or allow rooms to have this option to switch off...

"This is our third stay here it is becoming the place of choice when we are in Toowoomba. It is conveniently located at the top of the Range with views out to Lockyer Valley, shopping & eating options nearby."

"All staff interactions from reception in the evening and morning, room service and cleaning staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Pricing was fair for accommodation and room service. I would stay there again next time needing to stay over in Toowoomba. I travel a lot for my job so I feel I am very qualified to rate motel rooms and I give this nightcap a 9/10. "
