"Nice small hotel, the owners are very kind and caring. Not a huge breakfast choice but very good. Rooms are nice but nothing is soundproof. From people talking, toilet flushing car parking and even people walking I could hear literally everything. This is the only thing I really did not like all the rest is fine."

Within walking distance to the main shopping/dinning area of Forte dei Marmi and to the beach as well. "
