"Nice, quiet and clean hotel with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the city. Water jugs are provided in each room and there are filtered water machines beside the lifts on each floor which is a helpful eco-friendly feature. I would flag that the inbuilt hair dryer unfortunately didn't work in my room. The customer service was a little bit lacking at times (i.e. one receptionist seemed annoyed at me for asking for a city brochure which is a pretty normal thing for a tourist to ask for). Hence...

"Smart and quality fit-out of rooms. The hotel is compact and very modern. Swimming pool is small but extremely clean and a great atmosphere of its own. Breakfast has very generous options. Can't comment on evening dining options and the room service menu didn't appeal. Location is perfect for catching tram. Staff were cheerful and professional. Some could argue it doesn't have full 4-star standard but some Hilton in UK aren't a quality match for this. This doesn't have too corporate a feel if...

"Brilliant location. Our floor didnt have a direct lift which was fine but maybe not for others.. Bottom of shower was coming away and bathroom curtains falling down which wasnt helped by the shower being right in front of the window. Would stay again purely for location"

"Advertising is misleading as the pool and gym are in the sister hotel : Radisson Blue and there is an extra charge for it too. It should be stated at the start to avoid agro and frustrations for those unaware. So it is a false advertising. But overall hotel is in excellent location and there isnt anything wrong with it as long as you are aware that spa/pool/gym are not in the same building and there is an extra charge. "

"Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Spacious rooms, great location and excellent breakfast. They let us check in early, very friendly staff and the fudge at the front desk was delicious! We ate in the restaurant for dinner and it was very good also. If I ever return to Gdansk I will definitely stay here again."
