"Rooms displayed on website look nothing like the rooms you receive. We had two rooms. Both were small, dark and smelly. The bathrooms smelled like old water. One room was cleaned daily, the other room was not touched by cleaning staff in three days. Neither room had hung door cleaning request. They just came in to one room but not the other. "The property is located about 15mins walk from the centre of Ciechocinek, which makes it a quiet location in the evening/night but does mean that you are not so close to the shops and restaurants. The hotel restaurant had a limited menu so eating out was our preferred option. However, a good buffet breakfast is provided."
