"No Air conditioning! "

"The room was stincky as if no one has cleaned it for ages. We complained and a cleaning lady came. But it didn't help. It took one full day for the smell to disappear. Moreover, the furnitures were dirty and broken. How can a hotel offer such a room? And how come they didn't immediately send us for another hotel if they couldn't offer another room? Very very disappointing and very surprised that this hotel is rated very highly."

"My first impression driving to the hotel, was have I made a mistake. The hotel is quite dated, and with a derelict hotel next to it. However, check in staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a family room with 2 rooms both with very comfortable beds. The towels and bed sheets were high quality. Most noticeable about the room was how very clean it was. "My family and I stayed at Zakopiański Dwór and it was an amazing experience. The place was very clean and the staff including the owners were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious. There were hiking trails right behind the hotel and all were amazing. We recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. "

"Nice quiet place to stay, a little dated, but nice. Plenty of pressure in the shower, plenty of parking, close to the center of town without making it a hassle. "

"The room was a nice size to accommodate our family of five. It wasn’t really dirty, but we did find a couple of cigarette butts under things. The biggest problem was that the hotel and restaurant staff were done super early. So, we didn’t have any dinner options after 6pm. There was nothing within reasonable walking distance and we couldn’t remove our car from the parking lot without an employee to let us back into the locked parking lot. "

"Close to tourist attractions in Zakopane. Close to couple of convenience stores. No elevator for guest and many steps up and bit of walking at the hotel. Buffet breakfast good but better selections on weekend. Free ice available at reception. Reception personnel very helpfull Taxi drivers do NOT follow or use meter in Zakopane so definitely ask the driver if he charges by meter or just make up a price based on your destination which is always arbitrarily higher then would be by meter.
