"Rooms displayed on website look nothing like the rooms you receive. We had two rooms. Both were small, dark and smelly. The bathrooms smelled like old water. One room was cleaned daily, the other room was not touched by cleaning staff in three days. Neither room had hung door cleaning request. They just came in to one room but not the other. "This is area has no Uber but accessible by taxi and bus. Castle above is beautiful and you can booked hotel inside to stay. I have a wonderful time here. Staff was helpful to guide me to the right bus and place to go. Thank you Hotel Vabank I recommend this place "

"The property is located about 15mins walk from the centre of Ciechocinek, which makes it a quiet location in the evening/night but does mean that you are not so close to the shops and restaurants. The hotel restaurant had a limited menu so eating out was our preferred option. However, a good buffet breakfast is provided."

"The only problem we had, was the bed. Super soft, squeaky and the pillows were almost none existent. Needs to be much firmer in my opinion. If I was sleeping alone, might have been okay, but for two people… never again. If the bed was different, I would stay again. Everything else was great. "

"This is a very unique property which we enjoyed very much. We had read the the reviews so we knew that it could be loud from the city square. It was! But we were prepared. We also knew that there was no AC and it happened to be unusually hot weather. But we asked for fans and they were provided the next day. No complaints from us. if you want modern-go to a modern hotel. We LOVED the history of where we were staying. We would have appreciated having coffee in the room instead of just tea...

"It was very nice, with a Great location. Only issue, was the second bedroom, in the loft, had a extremely thin matress, (40mm), and was very uncomfortable . Other bed was good👍"
