"This property is quite new. The house is totally great. All new appliances, all new everything and good quality. Very comfortable. Wonderful view and good location between Queenstown and Manaka. Plan ahead for groceries. Still to come is paved parking (a few very large puddles in the lot). "

The air-conditioning remote was lost and we couldn't get the a/c to work properly and my son got so hot we had to move his bed into the living area. Also, the apartment advertised access to an indoor pool but this was not communicated on check in or at the apartment, so not sure if this was real or not. Luckily the weather was nice and kids swam in the lake. "
