The curtains were hanging off the rods and were very dirty. On approaching the property the exterior is unkempt and rundown. My daughter has high allergies and within 10min of being inside she started reacting to the high levels of dust and...

Several basic items missing from room - plates, cutlery, tea towel, extra blankets - even though there was a microwave, fridge and toaster in the room. The bed also skated on the Lino floor each time I sat on it, which was a bit hazardous. The wheels on the beds need to sit in small coaster-cups. Apart from that, I was quite comfortable. "
