"The hotel was lovely- although the location was quite run down but near to the bars and the Common Market. The rooms were spacious and good facilities- all that you needed for a comfortable stay. Sadly even though I asked to be on the quiet side of the hotel, they seemed to place all the noisy hen parties on the same corridors and same side of the hotel- which meant screaming and shouting at all times. We were also woken up early in the mornings by the cleaners congregating outside the rooms and...

"This hotel isvery nice option andvery near to Queens University. Has nice ambience good spacious cozy rooms. The bed are comfy. I don't think there is aircon. The corridors I felt are not enoughly heated. There are many breakfast options especially as I am a vegetarian Overall recommended 👌 "

"Only reason why i marked this done is because they woke me up at 8am in the morning vacuuming outside my room.Did report this to reception,but was told the carpet needed cleaning.Overall ot was value for money.If you have come to Belfast to chill and maybe sleep in then probably not ideal for you"

"We were in Belfast for the rugby as a group. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, although slightly chaotic when busy, bed really comfortable. We thought it was the ideal spot for eating out and diddly diddly music. Ate at Brannigans and Nu Delhi nearby, both really great. "
