"The staff and the service was great. Aleksandar bartender was exceptional and the server Naum was very professional and respectful with great attitude. The receptionist Ivam was so nice and went above and beyond to check us in. I believe also his name was Ognen he helped with the luggage and showed us the room with every single detail. Natali brought a coffee from Room Service and she was also very nice and polite. Everything was great. I would recommend 9/10. "

"It’s not the first time that I have stayed here and that is the reason to return. A nice hotel. Big and clean in a good location for most Of the attractions in Skopje. I’ll stay here again the next time I return. Staff were very friendly and eager to please with a good command of the English language."

"Boutique hotel with clean well-decorated rooms and art nouveau decor on a side street 25m from Macedonia Square and a short walking distance from the sights. Good, attentive staff made the stay very pleasant indeed."

"One has to judge things through the lense of Macedonia where in general hotels can be a bit eccentric. but this one is more eccentric than most. Positives are superb location right next to the old town, and huge rooms with great views and the awesome roof bar/terrace. Downsides are fading 80s style and no way this can be described as a 5 star service. Having said that most of the staff were friendly (mention to the good staff at the bar). Nice breakfast. "Although parking was advertised as onsite, due to recent construction you can not actually drive up to the hotel, but are directed to park in a nearby parking garage which is a 7 minute walk away (with luggage). And then you must pay for your parking yourself, although in the end it only came to 1100 MKD for 2 nights. The front desk staff were friendly, cheerful & helpful. A special shout out to our fellow Canadian, who recently move to Skopje to rediscover her family roots, Elena!"

"Located right off the square (look for the Triumph Arch) so that speaks for itself. Walkable to everything. Restaurants around and a tasty burek stall just 2 doors away. Staff were great and gave tips on what to do and where to go. They were also responsive via emails even before I checked in. I got an early check in on the day itself which was really appreciated. "Pros: Good location and cheap, friendly staff, big locker to store personal belongings Cons: It's not dirty but not very clean in details, many lockers are not work properly, bathroom is clean but a bit of smell, better to put the air purifier "

"Be mindful of parking situation. Overall Skopje is a nightmare to find parking. There is a close by parking garage where you can safely park. Overall it wasa good stay but room was too small and pillows were uncomfortable."

"Excellent location, very walkable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived fairly early in the day and they were able to get us into a room right away. The room was clean and efficient with a great shower. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend. "
