We booked Presidential Suite for three nights, which is supposed to be the premium room, however had to check out after the first day due to the conditions of the room and the hotel. The towels were smelly and we had to ask them to be replaced. The mattress sheets and pillow covers all had stains. Bath tub was stained in yellow color. We had a 2 bedroom villa and just a couple things we didn’t like such as the 2nd bedroom is a separate entrance from the main unit, you have to walk outside past the pool to enter the bedroom (not ideal for kids as it’s nice to have rooms together and accessible from same living area). "I was the first customer in their new hotel rooms, while the staff are getting to grips with running a hotel they are learning fast and are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are brand new and well designed, very comfortable and with a great view over the yacht club and water. The restaurant and bar serves great food and is an amazing space, open to the breeze and the same great view. It’s close to the mainland, just a quick hop on their boat, it’s a bit further to the best snorkeling...
