"Lost is a charming boutique hotel located in the heart of the fun and lively Gemmayze neighborhood of Beirut. Very convenient to many other areas by foot or taxi. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but efficient. No problems with hot water or air conditioning despite the national power crisis. I don’t believe there is an elevator, so if you cannot handle stairs, this isn’t the hotel for you. Otherwise it’s a very comfortable and budget friendly hotel. "

"I had a perfect stay at this Hotel, overlooking the Saint George Hotel the room was spotless, and spacious and beautifully designed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the area. "We rented a suite There is no mirror except in the bathroom Shower head hose was damaged We had comments on cleanliness, they responded so fast and did great cleaning No liquid soap in the bathroom only soap bar"

"We booked for 4 days, price including breakfast. When we arrived to the hotel they said the restaurant is closed so they can't serve breakfast. Every time we call the reception no body answers. No one came to clean the room, after two days of our stay the woman of the cleaning service showed up to clean, she only changed the towels. We slept on the same bed sheet for 4 days! As for the location, the view is great, the space of the room is fair. We expected a nicer place. "
