"We liked this property. We were just staying one night on our travels. We had the recently renovated room which I think was the only one done so far. The room was small but lovely. Bathrrom was very nice. The hotel has renovations being done so I cannot comment on othe rooms. The breakfast was great and staff very pleasant."

"Overall a decent hotel. The place felt clean and looked as expected from the pictures. The hotel was noisy at the beginning of the night but not enough to keep you from sleeping. Early morning risers and staff were a rude awakening in the mornings. Housekeeping was excellent! "This was the most welcoming place that we stayed of 7 places on our trip to Italy (which included 2 B&Bs). The room was clean. It was pretty much a standard size for Europe in this price range--not cramped, but not overly large either. The toiletries were welcome after having a run of bad luck with previous hotels. "The hotel was not as described in hotels.com: First, Was rated as 3star in Hotels.com, but the property is only 2star. Second, The hotels.com app allowed selecting this hotel for a family of 5, but all the rooms cannot accommodate more than 4. On Breakfast they served dry bread. We had to ask for fresh one, bud had to wait long until it was ready. Other than that, it was ok. "

"ALL the staff were so accommodating as my luggage did not arrive with me when my flight arrived in Rome and was not going to be delivered to Fiuggi until late the next day. They provided me with a toothbrush, toothpaste a bath robe, slippers and extra blankets and a complimentary beverage. Good Reception service.

"Hotel is though at distance from city but there is a bus stop just at 200 meters with regular bus service to Rebibbia and then 15 minutes metro journey to Roma Termini. Hotel is good but reception staff and Kitchen staff service is amazing. Ilenia at Reception helped on Public transport, guided very well on Rome attractions and helped on Taci booking for odd hours flight. Room cleaning service is good. There is a nearby Gym as well. Overalll good budget hotel with amazing customer upport service from Reception desk. "
