I had to go behind the reception and use their phone to try to call someone. no appologies just told they were on a break. later that evening the ceiling leaked, water was all over the floor and again there was no one in reception to help. The proprietor went out of her way to accommodate the eldest member of our party , providing transport into the centre and coffee and breakfast were of a high standard.We enjoyed the added bonus of terrace area with direct access from our rooms.Laundry services provided and very prompt attention. A great spot for anyone visiting Cremona."
