"Our international flight arrived at 2AM. Reached the hotel around 3:30 AM. Our relatives live an hour away from the airport. We had booked the room for whole night as we wanted to reach our relatives during daytime out of safety concerns. It was a confirmed reservation with credit card on file. The hotel considered us a ‘no show’ and rented the room. No rooms were available. So we were left stranded in the middle of the night. No other hotels were available in the area. "Very convenient for a short stay near the airport. My room was ok, the bed clean and comfortable, but the room was not cleaned well, dust on every surface dirty mugs and glasses, coffee/tea stains down the wall. No cafe on site as advertised breakfast has to be ordered from local restaurants and delivered to the room. The area has everything you would need for a couple of days including money exchange which is hard to find! 1hr journey into the city."
