"Fantastic stay. Great restaurant. I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner options. Very popular place to have a drink. The owner is hands on and sponsors a variety of public events like blass band and other performers outside the hotel square. 2nd floor has a massive balcony patio, library, reading room, etc. There’s also the ability to rent an ev car or bike right from hotel. All guests I talked to enjoyed their stay and other locals in town have called it a hot spot for hanging out....

"The front desk waited for us until we arrived at 8:00 pm which was very nice of them and we had 2 rooms close to each other. There were a few restaurants and many sports shops a walking distance from the hotel. When we arrived to the second floor with the elevator, we found out that we have another 6-7 stairs to climb with the language to get to the rooms…. The bathroom in one of the rooms was tiny and there was not any body soap or shampoo in both rooms. The worst part was that every 15...

"Alrhough it wasn’t in the center of Salzburg, I think we made the right choice to stay here! It was so lovely! The hotel is located in the beautiful countryside of Austria and our room had a beautiful mountain view! Breakfast was superb and most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful! "Good: Location great near a few bars restaurants and waterfall. Easy access to ski lifts and bus, train for journeys. First class bakery opposite. Spa and pool great. Library very attractive and comfortable. Common kitchen useful from time to time. Breakast good. Not so good but ok: If kitchen users could please dry and put crockery and pots away rather than stack and leave. Bedding not changed for a week. Special: Superb staff. Especially Julia. "We loved staying here, the owners were super friendly and booked restaurants for us. Everything is brand new and lovely and clean. The sauna with a view is fab and feels quite luxurious. The lounge is really nice too. Ski bus stop is really near and there's a boot room with plenty space. A 15 min walk to restaurants in the evening as it's not right in the centre but we enjoyed it. Or you can use the kitchen to cook if you want to. "
