FUNNY cause he or hotel.com thought it was a good idea to tell me. I asked the guy for a refund and he called me a “pompous American.” We had to find a new place to stay and hotels.com didn’t seem to care at all. However the towels provided were unusable- just need new cleans ones, these were really old and very smelly. Duvet in main bedroom yellow, really off putting.
