"Jose, the owner, was very friendly, helpful, and caring. He, without being asked, offered to make phone calls to reserve a rafting trip and a busy restaurant for lunch. He then followed up on these phone calls. He also provided "tips" (his term) for hiking and local traditional cuisine. One can tell that he cares for his customers and wants them to have a wonderful experience. 5 Stars!!"

"Very good team conscientious about Covid cleaning. Only real issue was the hotel shepherd's dog who barked last at 22h50 and started again at 05h50 ... Management should take care of this issue."
