"I was really looking forward to my stay at the Stella Hotel in Goraya .The hotel needs to invest in staff training - Clearly not there . Some Examples , At Breakfast there was hardly more than 6 guests at anyone time - but the whole breakfast function is so dis-organised . There are 3 flasks . Not a single one labled so guests are having to open the flask lid and put thier nose to smell what the hot liquid is : Tea / Coffee / Hot Chocolate . Not very hygiene. Lack of breakfast items . "Good stay and food is also good for me. Only one suggestion is to provide small soap instead of liquid one for bath and a small toothpaste which I did not carry. Newspaper was available in reception. May ask the guest If they want one and deliver it to room. Because we read about local news through this only."
