"I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this property nestled up in the mountains. During the drive up I was questioning my selection but once we arrived at the property all doubts were gone. "We recently spent 6 days at the Jade Spa Hotel. This hotel and spa is a wonderful gem. This is a quiet location with beautiful views of the nearby mountains. The rooms are large and decorated very nicely. The bed was so comfortable. Paula the owner and her staff provided a personal service that is professional, helpful and amazing. We especially enjoyed having our meals served on our private patio in the morning and evening. The spa is an added bonus (we did it twice!) and added extra enjoyment...

"Unfortunately, the Google Map locator attached to this booking sent us on a wild goose chase down dark roads nowhere near this hotel. It gets dark by 6:30 in the mountains and despite our many calls to the hotel for assistance, all we heard was a pre-recorded message. To compound the difficulties, we had to pay at least 3 more tolls going around in a 25-30 km circle to get back near the hotel location. There are no signs on the narrow road indicating a hotel exit and the hotel web site says...

"Por lo general el sitio es acogedor. Al tomar el baño el shower no tiene full door y toda el agua se sale corriendo el peligro de resbalar por esta situación de mojado. Tan bien por dos veces no me dejaron suficientes toallas. Dentro del shower debería haber un tapete plástico pues se corre el riesgo de resbalas. Deberían colocar al menos 2 vasos en el cuarto para nuestra comodidad si se necesitan en general "
