"I had a nice room on the third floor with two comfortable beds and an ocean view. Clean bedroom with mini fridge and microwave. Hotel is easy to find and lots of parking, some of it covered parking. The fellow who checked me in was cheery and efficient. There is a gym on the 3rd floor and an indoor swimming pool on the lobby floor. "This was the perfect place to stay in Newport. It was just far enough outside of the busy downtown area yet walkable to it in the nice fall weather. Being steps away from the cliff walk was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the garden suite which had a massive jacuzzi tub with fireplace and tv. We’ll definitely be staying here again!"
