"The only thing i can complain about is the hot tub being out of order. Ive searched and searched for hotels with a hot tub and found this hotel only to find out after check in thats its broken. But over all it was nice. The pool was way over packed and people without bracelets. I felt like some of the little kids were being properly watched. Pool was a bit chilly so that bummed me out. Im not much of a swimmer as my kids. I preper the hot tub to relax. "

"My biggest complaint is the shower. The bathroom walls were dirty, which personally grosses me out, but the shower didnt drain and I hate it when the tub fills as I shower. If were were there for another night I would have needed to change rooms. We had to wait between showers, which put us behind schedule for the day. "

"Overall, the room was comfortable. A few things that we noted, which relate to attention to small details: the refrigerator does not fit in the built-in cabinetry, and the door will not close. It looks bad and obscures the light switch for the light over the coffee maker. The glass window had some dried goo remaining on it, so it was not fully cleaned; the toilet paper dispenser was not secure on the wall, and the mirror in the bathroom had streaks from cleaning.
