"The property is great. The staff is awful. Very standoffish. They make you feel that you are an inconvenience. I never received a email in regards to their dining policy. "This was a great place for our family to stay in Steiermark. The staff/owners were extremely polite and friendly. The room, restaurant, and bathrooms were spotless. You can tell there is a lot of pride in their property and in what they do. Breakfast is great, but also be sure to eat dinner there—the food is fresh and delicious.
