Problem only on check out which set us back half an hour - staff could not overcome a computer set back which may be evident that a general upgrade to hotel facilities and staff training may be required"

"The check-in was very easy for us. Our Italian is limited but they spoke English quite well. They were very nice people. The breakfast was beautiful, and we sat at a table in the corner next to a window with a magnificent view. Lovely cappuccino! "Such a cute little Villa just outside of Pistoia. Stayed there all week. Kitchen was great with most items supplied. Bed was extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep. Couch in living rm was very old and hard to sit on. The owners are the BEST and try to make your stay most pleasing. Nice pool and views. Very convenient to Pistoia and Florence. Would use again, but can only hope they upgrade bed and couch. Would rate as a GOOD plus."

"We were greeted by a young lady who spoke excellent english. The room we had was on the top floor and was very clean. We spent one comfortable night at the hotel and will return next year when the blues festival is on. The staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money."
