"I had written a review that was poor, as I was very unhappy with our initial room. I think that this was the only such room in the hotel as it looked out on a noisy HVAC unit and required us to keep the wooden shutters closed to keep out noise. The hotel was very accomodating in moving our room the next day, which had a nice view of the inner courtyard and allowed us to bring in natural light to the room. The staff were very pleasant, and it really is a very nice and very reasonably priced...

"The hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. Because it is in the small town of Imola, the dining options are limited. It was easy to catch a taxi to and from the railway station, but Uber did not work. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous."

"We walked from the train station to this hotel, which was about a mile, over cobbled streets surrounded by old buildings and it was very easy to find. It is an older hotel with simple styling and a local, homely feel. We had a little confusion at check in but that was quickly sorted. "Had adjoining rooms with two bathrooms. One room was small, but both rooms were clean. Beds really comfortable. Good parking. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The location wasn’t bad - a short walk to the train station and town centre. One little problem though. Our European adaptor plugs could not fit any of the sockets in the room, so we could not charge our phones. We’ve experienced this in Italy before though. "
