"This was the most welcoming place that we stayed of 7 places on our trip to Italy (which included 2 B&Bs). The room was clean. It was pretty much a standard size for Europe in this price range--not cramped, but not overly large either. The toiletries were welcome after having a run of bad luck with previous hotels. "Hotel clean and tidy altho a little dated in bedroom. Fiuggi is a lovely place to visit and hotel served purpose. "

"ALL the staff were so accommodating as my luggage did not arrive with me when my flight arrived in Rome and was not going to be delivered to Fiuggi until late the next day. They provided me with a toothbrush, toothpaste a bath robe, slippers and extra blankets and a complimentary beverage. And when they found out I was a vegan they went out and purchased rice milk which was soooo kind so I could have cereal in the morning. "This is a clean, safe hotel. Service is friendly. It is a standard hotel, with wifi. The bed is quite hard, which is typical in most standard European hotels. There are nice big windows that you can open to let fresh air in. If you prefer air conditioning, you should ask them to show you how it works when you arrive. A short drive away is a beautiful city center with nice restaurants and shops."

"Lovely old seminary, pretty comfortable, is undergoing renovations, the only major drawback is NO internet service in rooms. We were there in early October, so was very quiet. This place is way off the beaten track, a bit of a windy and twisting road, saw several hang gliders."

"We went on a Saturday when the springs were open until midnight. Magical to be out in the springs under the stars. Service overall was great. The dinner meal service was slow but the food was good. Two of us had massages that were ok, not exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel. We had a great experience there. "

"Great as a base to visit all the small hill towns.Much cooler than Rome very pleasant weather. Breakfast pastry was excellent. Gino was a wonderful host. Brought me to the bus station and made sure all was secure."
