They have modernised various elements of the hotel such as no phone in the room and if you need to contact reception to go on a web chat style system. This didn't work for me as when I originally went on to report the shower fault there was no option for this on the drop down automated box. After ten mins of trying I gave up and had to have a shower with it faulty. I mentioned it in the morning upon check out but...

"Hotel in a great location for where we were going, lovely room very clean and comfy bed. We were woken at 5am by a door being slammed, then continually for the next few hours with doors slamming. Housekeeping were very loud in the corridor, even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door. "
