"This is a very nice, well-kept property. The room was very nice, and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. There are potentially a lot of steps up and down on the property to get to one's room, so handicapped persons might experience some difficulty. The immediate area around the hotel is quiet, so moving one's car to load and unload luggage wasn't a problem, but the parking lot is small and down the hill from the hotel. The restaurant on site was very nice and the food was good."

However when we arrived at hotel, I was informed they never received my reply and didn't have the upgrade available. The hotel itself was split, those rooms near the pool area, which were modern and looked very stylish, and the other rooms in the main building, which were very dated and in need of a good sprucing...
