"Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was a good spread with delicious breads, fruits, meats, cheeses, etc. room had a good shower and updated bathroom with a lovely mountain view. My only negative during my stay was the carpet in the room could have been nicer-there were footprints and stains on it. Also room had a strong perfume smell I could have done without. "

"Spent two nights here whilst snowboarding. Great location for slpoes and for hitting the town after. One issue was that it was a bit difficult to park nearby. We managed it in the end and was 6 euro per day. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and rooms were good."

"The people at the reception desk were incredibly nice and polite. The breakfast was really good. The area is good also with a nearby town that has a lot of dining options. Just be aware there is a large deposit that you have to put on the room and a lot of rules such as cleaning the entire apartment before checking out or you will lose a portion of the deposit depending on what you didn’t do. "Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. "A lovely boutique hotel tucked away in quiet Llivia. Reminiscent of a gracious country mansion. Spacious grounds suitable for a quiet ramble. Our host staff members on duty, Carla and Gustavo, were wonderful; warm, knowledgeable and helpful. Our only regret was not getting to try the famed restaurant, as it was closed. The mattress was also rather soft."
