"Upon arrival, I discovered that parking is only available 250 meters from the hotel and I had to drag my luggage uphill. At the reception, I was told that as a Gold member, I am not entitled to late check-out and would have to pay 6000 HUF for it. The room was old and smelled bad. I do not recommend this hotel."

Bőséges, friss a reggeli, és isteni finom kávé. A szauna csak a mi kedvünkér lett egy órára felfűtve. Nagyon jó volt az is. Legközelebb, ha Bükre jövünk, csak itt foglalunk ismét! Köszönjük szépen!"

"I stayed with my family for 3 nights. Nice hotel in the country side which is good for relaxing and piece of mind. Very friendly staff who is willing to do the extra step to go further beyond your expectations. The lady who manages the hotel is very nice and even upgraded us free of charge to enjoy our stay. Everyone is amazing and lots of nice facilities (pool, bowling, courts …). Efficient service and great food. I highly recommend the place and I would defiantly return if I get the chance....

"Das Fönux-Hotel liegt nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch von der Therme entfernt. Es ist s ruhig, die Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig. Im Badezimmer findet man alle notwendigen Basics - inklusive Haarföhn. Es zahlt sich echt aus, im Hotel zu frühstücken - abwechslungsreich und sehr schmackhaft. Der Empfang ist superfreundlich, die Leute hilfreich und bemüht, etwa wenn das Wifi bspw. einmal nicht funktioniert. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis finde ich sehr angemessen. Ich kann das Hotel nur...

"A very nice room inside an Austrian Schloss. The rooms are in a small complex with a large lounge/breakfast room and the breakfast was very tasty, ample and fresh. The area around the Schloss is very picturesque. I will stay here next time I am working in the area :)"

"Das "Hotel" war ein Witz für so einen Preis solch eine Ruine anzubieten ist ein Wahnsinn, ich hätte nie damit gerechnet das es sowas in Österreich noch gibt , Ich war der Meinung daß unser Turismus einen Standart hegt und pflegt doch ich wurde eines besseren belehrt, normalerweise sollte diese Pension geschlossen werden , nicht Mal 10 Euro die Nacht ist es wert 😡"

"Automatikusan lekapcsolták a fűtést éjfél és reggel 7 között. Mivel későn értünk mindig vissza zuhanyozni, lefeküdni, megszárítani a fürdőfelszerelésünket, így elég kellemetlen volt. Ezen kívül a szobánk kényelmes, tágas volt. Kedves személyzet, kevés volt a reggeli választèk, de az adagok bőségesek voltak."
