My second Max room (same grade as first room) was tiny shoe box, but equally priced to the much bigger room. "The hotel is in a non-walkable area to the city center, the public transportation from this place is not frequent. When I arrived to my room, there was a worm in my room and I have to clean it by myself because there was no cleaning service at the hotel on Sunday night when I arrived. I ordered a burger, I received it without a meat inside. They offered me the meat after in a dish to add it. There was one receptionist girl doing everything because the was alone at the weekend, and she was so...

"One of the better Campaniles, although the restaurant was not as good as some others, but quite acceptable. The room had been very well modernised, with a good walk-in shower that had dual shower-heads. I plan to use this hotel again on my next visit, and will stay two nights so that I can spend a day at the nearby Peugeot museum."

"The staff s really super and most likely the reason for the overall rating score the hotel receives. The hotel is so dated ... it’s hard to imagine the hotel rating being above a 3, unless you’ve never travelled. It seems the staff at the hotel are beginning to refresh some rooms. "
