"When I first arrived the gentleman behind the front desk was very cold. No hello. No welcome. Took my passport, handed it to a woman and put my key on the counter. Maybe he was having a bad day. The woman was very friendly and welcoming as was the entire staff all around the hotel. I tried to take a nap before dinner as I was not feeling well and even with turning the heat on high I was shivering. Freezing cold. "Very beautiful property. Pretty close to the central station; close enough to walk, the luggage better have good wheels though. Did trip to Lugano/Como. Plenty of dinning options around. Metro underground right next to the hotel. Very friendly and accelerating receptionist - early check in. Housekeeping was deliver a s well. Had a wonderful stay. "

"Good location for Garibaldi station and airport transfers. Not central but the city is very walkable. There are good fine dine options and average restaurants and a good supermarket. A Starbucks, Eataly and Princi all in 5minutes of walking distance."

"All of the staff were were friendly. Francesca at Reception was welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast buffet at the Il Cairoli Bar and Restaurant on the Ground floor provided a lot of choice and was excellent. We returned for dinner at the same restaurant and highly recommend the ossobuco risotto, veal cutlet and tiramisu. "Wonderful property with friendly morning team (reception and breakfast team especially) and also our bartender, Ludovica, who was a great mixologist and made us feel like we were VIPs. "The Hotel Duomo is lovely. Just the right size and comfort level. And the location must be the best in the city! The cathedral is right outside the entrance - and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance. It was also close to the Violin Museum which was the reason for our visit. The breakfast offerings were generous and delicious. We would stay again. "

"- Really old hotel with minimal maintenance. - breakfast was terrible, not worth it. For sure better options. +Air condition in the room was excellent. But again, just because of the low quality of the breakfast, i will never use this hotel again. Come on, you are in italy, this feels like a lack of interest from the hotel. "

"Solo Traveler going to Europe to watch my daughter play in the music festival in cremona. The hotel was within 15 to 17 minute walk within the Old Town area felt very safe. The reception staff is very kind and helpful and will call you a taxi if needed. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious."
