"Ibis Styles Ronda is the best Ibis hotel I have ever stayed in. Spotlessly Clean. Maria on reception was exceptional. I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel."

"Everything was great. The only problem was that the Expedia booking didn't go through although I did get a confirmation, from Expedia. Fortunately they still had a room available so we got in. It cost me an extra thirty euros though but I was too tired to make an issue out of it, especially as it was Expedia fault according to the receptionist. "

The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...
