"Stayed here for 2 nights as an emergency place to stay as I had mechanical problems on my bike. The staff were absolutely superb. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful making recommendations on where to visit and how to travel on the excellent, cheap and frequent bus service into town. When I arrived, I was told that their parking is full and I need to find parking spot at street or cathedral’s metered parking at 16 euros or so for the night. Otherwise, staff was helpful If you are 65 or over, climbing 3 floors with carryon may be hard on you. "

"I am a tour guide and visited many places and stayed at many different hotels and I can say with confidence that this hotel and its facilities were exceptional. The room I stayed in was very clean,there were several amenities I have not seen at any other hotels, such as a razor,comb,toothbrush.
