"The B&B HOTEL Dijon Valmy Toison d'Or is a recent hotel (about a year old). While the accomodations are simple, the level of cleanliness is quite high. The room I stayed in was immaculate and cleaned thoroughly daily. A bit Spartan in terms of decoration, but reasonably comfortable bedding and excellent black out curtains. Breakfast was simple: standard breakfast items were offered. As for the location, the hotel was ideally situated for me on the outskirts of Dijon in a very modern, new area...

"Ok hotel in the outskirts of Dijon. Has a convenient gated parking so good if you're travelling. Restaurant offered only buffet dining when we visited, quality was good. Room was allright but could have been cleaned better (stained carpet, hair in bathroom)."

"The hotel was lovely, in a great location. The food in the restaurant was absolutely spectacular; one of the best meals I've had in years. Some of the decor in the hotel is a bit dated, there didn't appear to be spare pillows, and we had a separate loo with no sink, so you had to go around to the main bathroom to wash your hands. Apart from these two issues, would have given five stars."

"Very basic accommodation but, has everything you need. Pet friendly. If you have children would be ideal as safe and has amenities suitable for families Take bedding! We didn’t realise so luckily we had some stuff but could have been caught out. Beautiful area"

"Terrible service Was told that they had twin rooms so I booked the hotel. Only when we got there no twin rooms and no other rooms available. Had to book another hotel at extra cost 6 miles away at £200 Hotel is a rip off. Other hotels in the area are full of prostitution was told by the front desk. Horrible find another"

"Stayed here with our digs for two nights on way to Nice. Fabulous location with great dog walks along a geeen way and to a lake right beside the campsite entrance. Restaurant looked amazing but sadly we hadn’t booked. This is a regular trip for us and we will definitely stay again. "
