"It hurts a bit to have to pay 115€ for a 3-star hotel that looks like we're back in the 90'ies... On top of that, there was no hot water... Honestly, this hotel should cost max. 50-60€ per night, but they understand it's "tourist season", so they're ripping people off. Staff and breakfast were great."

"Very nice and clean hotel on the beach, staff was fantastic, Thank You Erika and Francesco, they booked dinner reservations for us, gave info on where to go, got us discounts for the beach umbrella and chairs. Excellent breakfast, nice variety, excellent coffee. Very good internet connection. Large bathroom ( a bonus in Europe). We will come back!!!"

"The views are amazing! The room overlooked the sea and there were lots of outdoor spaces to sit. The breakfast was great with so many pastries, meats, cheeses and the gentleman who set it up and made my cappuccino was very friendly! "The beach was in the best part of Follonica and not too crowded because they only have 2 rows of sun beds.Very appreciated. Check in too complicated - I understand Covid but procedures take too long. They do not allow earlier check in - again I understand - but they could have let us use the beach. Check out at 9AM! "I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good night sleep. On Sat night 2 July, a cafe/restaurant just a few yards from our room, had a band playing, drums/guitars. Even with the windows closed, the whole room felt like it was shaking. This noise only stopped about 1am. I went to Hotel Reception, the front door was still open at this time (1am)and the noise was dreadful. In the morning, management apologies!"
