Free parking was secure but there was only one fob for the electric gate - had to find a legal parking space outside hotel, go into hotel and get fob (several times had to wait in queue behind people checking in/out) get fob, walk back to car. "Natalie at reception was lovely and made me feel very welcome upon arrival and was very helpful throughout my stay. Lovely central location and felt very safe. Room was quiet and comfortable. Cleaning in shower/bathroom was the only thing that needed attention. Bar fridge unfortunately couldn’t keep things cold and no kettle was available on the first night of my stay. Hotel is tucked out of the way off the main road, however once located is easy enough to get to. We had a little trouble getting Bolt drivers to come to the area, however we managed. Nearby bus stops can be walked to and can be used for inter-city travel easily enough. We had an excellent stay- the staff were accommodating and very helpful....

The gardens are also close by with a great playground for kids. The unit wasn’t cleaned throughly and showing wear and tear. Additionally for a long term stay you had to pay an additional cleaning charge if you wanted it cleaned or new linens. The pool was closed for long term maintenance and we were not informed prior to checking in which was frustrating...
