"I ended up here on accident while on a work trip. The hotel owner was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me resolve my error and showed the upmost kindness. I ended up staying for one night and having breakfast the next day. Breakfast was delicious, typical offerings of cheese, meats and pastries as well as fresh eggs and coffee. The food is very good. The breakfast set up exceeds many 5 star hotels. The location is very nice, next to a park and a river. Very relaxing and comfortable. "

"A wonderful apartment in a peaceful location. Great for us having an overnight stay whilst travelling through Italy. The room was comfortable, private and very quiet. A lovely garden and easy if you have a pet. The breakfast was fabulous and the owners really cant do enough to help. we bought two bottles of local wine which was delicious! A big thumbs up from us and we will certainly stay over again if we are passing by. Highly Recommended."

"Our stay st Villa Pannazza was not what we hoped it would be. We were located on a second floor unit. Very hot, one fan and an airconditioning unit in the room and vented out the window. We were eaten alive by the mosquitoes as a result of not being able to close windows. Staff were friendly but could not help us move to another room. Older, standing ponds and fountains in need of repair are contributing to mosquito problem on the property"
