Il a fallu l'intervention d'Hotels.com pour apprendre que la piscine serait ouverte. Après la réservation d'une chambre double, nous découvrons 2 lits simples (dans l'hôtellerie ça s'appelle "chambre twin"). Le wifi n'a pas fonctionné du séjour. Le soir, en nous présentant pour l'apéro, on apprend...

"L'hotel è sceso come qualità complessiva, lo si capisce dalle mancate ristrutturazioni alla struttura, dalla qualità del cibo in parabola discendente, dal fatto che la junior suite era incredibilmente spartana, eccetera. Nessun balcone, nonostante fosse preannunciato. TV minuscola in camera, doccia mezzo rotta, soffitto in condizioni non ottimali, sanitari un po' incrostati.
