"This was a nightmare, and not at all as advertised. Should not be listed on Hotels.com. We were the only customers of the whole place, our car was the only car. Felt very insecure. No restaurant. The offered to run into town and get us food, but we pay! The staff was one receptionist. Saw the manager pass through, but he was totally unfriendly and unwelcoming. No furniture on the balcony, no lights on in the whole building! After dark, we were prisoners in our room. Hallways were dark,...

"ALL the staff were so accommodating as my luggage did not arrive with me when my flight arrived in Rome and was not going to be delivered to Fiuggi until late the next day. "This is a clean, safe hotel. Service is friendly. It is a standard hotel, with wifi. The bed is quite hard, which is typical in most standard European hotels. There are nice big windows that you can open to let fresh air in. If you prefer air conditioning, you should ask them to show you how it works when you arrive. A short drive away is a beautiful city center with nice restaurants and shops."

"We went on a Saturday when the springs were open until midnight. Magical to be out in the springs under the stars. Service overall was great. The dinner meal service was slow but the food was good. Two of us had massages that were ok, not exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel. We had a great experience there. "
