"We had read some reviews on this property, but still very pleasantly surprised on just how attentive the staff was. Besides the room being clean and comfortable, the hotels location is definitely a great convenience. As mentioned, the staff is incredible. Luz and Monze treated us like long time acquaintances and their attention to our needs and questions were unmatched. Overall, Hotel NaNa Vida was one of the highlights of our 5 night stay in Morelia. "

The only downside is that is shares the lobby and elevators with a hospital and now due to construction after 9pm you have to exit and enter thru the emergency hospital entrance which is wierd especially if you’re coming back at 2am from a club and you have to share the elevator with someone in labor or a broken leg. "
